- Definitions
- “QuickTaxID” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the operators of the QuickTaxID.com.ng platform.
- “User,” “you,” “your” refers to any person or entity using the Service.
- “TIN” means Tax Identification Number issued by the Joint Tax Board (JTB) of Nigeria.
- “Service” means the facilitation, guidance, and submission of information for TIN registration.
- Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a Nigerian resident, citizen, or a business entity requiring a Nigerian TIN.
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
- Nature of Our Service
QuickTaxID acts only as a facilitation and processing agent.
We:
- Assist in collecting and submitting your information to the official TIN registration system.
- Guide you through the registration process.
- Deliver your TIN once issued.
We do not issue TINs and have no authority over approvals. All TINs are issued solely by the Joint Tax Board (JTB) or relevant government authority.
- User Obligations
You agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawfully yours to submit.
- You will not provide false, misleading, or third-party data without authorization.
- You are responsible for the legal consequences of incorrect or fraudulent submissions.
- You will use your TIN in compliance with Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where misuse or fraud is suspected.
- Fees and Payments
- Our fees cover service processing, guidance, and convenience.
- Government TIN issuance is free of charge.
- All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira.
Refund Policy
Once processing has started, fees are non-refundable, except:
- Where required by applicable law, or
- Where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
- Processing Time
We strive to process requests promptly, but you acknowledge that:
- Timelines depend on the availability and performance of government systems.
- Delays caused by JTB, FIRS, or other authorities are outside our control.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickTaxID.com.ng shall not be liable for:
- Delays, errors, or failures caused by government portals or system outages.
- Rejection, suspension, or revocation of a TIN due to incorrect user information.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid.
- No Professional or Legal Advice
Our Service does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.
Users are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for official guidance on tax compliance and obligations.
- Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and process personal information only for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Your data is handled in accordance with:
- The Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), and
- Our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber risks.
- Intellectual Property
All content on QuickTaxID.com.ng, including text, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
- Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Breach these Terms,
- Use the Service unlawfully, or
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
Termination does not affect obligations already incurred.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickTaxID.com.ng, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service,
- False information you provide, or
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickTaxID.com.ng regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
